they took their time to get to know me. the location is very convenient. the hotel has a fine design. i definitely plan to return here soon. the rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed. also, i appreciated the terrace, as it looked out to nice views.
the pool lacked an aid to get in or out, which might be unsafe for some people (older people especially).

the breakfast included freshly cooked eggs every morning. the bread and fruit options were very good. live entertainment was offered after dinner a few nights (i found this very enjoyable!).

The staff was friendly and helpful , greeting me with smiles. The breakfast offered many tasty options and fresh choices. I took advantage of the hotel's central location. It allowed easy access to local attractions. The spa was relaxing with clean and well kept facilities.

i especially appreciated the free shuttle service to the town center, three times daily. the à la carte breakfast had rich selections. Everything i ordered tasted great. my whole family enjoyed the meals. We had no stomach issues.
the walls felt quite thin. i could hear sounds and conversations in my room. it was as if people were talking right next to me.

The included afternoon tea was a treat each day. The daily offering was a welcome addition to my stay. I also appreciated the well kept garden surrounding the premises. The area seemed constantly cared for by staff.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.
